They provided a written estimate, dealt with my insurance company and got everything approved. I couldn’t have been happier with Freddy and son. I highly recommend them. Excellent experience, beginning to end. Jacob was very professional and personable. He also knows his craft inside and out. Very thorough research and detailed explanation of the entire process. Even the insurance agent was impressed. The crew did an excellent job, came in like a whirlwind and left like a vacuum. I know we've got "one of those" rooflines, and I'm impressed with their skill in managing it on those hot days. I will highly recommend.

Very professional, easy to work with, and extremely valuable in helping us with challenges we faced with our insurance company. I stumbled upon them when they finished our neighbor's roof one afternoon. I was having some leaks. Freddy and Sons were great. They are extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Jacob, our customer rep, was fantastic! He helped us through every step of the process from picking out shingles to walking us through the insurance claims process. He made sure to meet the claims adjuster when they came out and provided a much needed advocate for us with the I esurance company.
