Excellent company. They mean and do what they say. Jay Inzer was a very knowledgeable and outstanding professional. He did the initial inspection of the roof, was present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the same and helped me place the claim with the insurance company. He provided technical information to the insurance agent I was talking to, which simplified and sped up the whole claim process. First let me say this company is amazing. I had nothing but the best experience and customer service from Freddy& Sons. I worked directly with Steven Arevalo. When I say professional I do mean very professional. They worked with me during the pandemic. Very respectful and always on time. They remained In constant contact with me and the responsiveness was unlike any other company I have had to deal with. Overall I would recommend this establishment.
Freddie & Sons is a great company very customer serviced. Grady supported with great communication walking me thru the entire process of dealing with a home owner claim for roof replacement. I am now relieved of a leaking un repairable Slate roof. The roofers worked so hard. So appreciate all your time & effort and thank you for such a lovely safe roof for many years to come!
