Took my truck in for an alignment after getting new wheels and tires. The first time they aligned it, they didn’t get it right but they pulled it back in and got it straight. Great, no problem. I respect folks making what’s wrong right. Was just under the truck changing oil and noticed they left my tie rods loose though! Called to get it back in and just checked before my road trip in a couple days and they weren’t willing to get it in within the 3 days before I have to leave. Thought I had finally found a good reliable shop... read more
