Very helpful and very quick.. Everyone in the shop was very nice and accommodating
These guys are so great
So I called these guys and they were going to put on new tires for my Silverado HC on Thursday - they were extremely diligent to make sure we were safe asking what we were doing with our truck etc as we had low miles - they recommended more rugged 10ply tires for towing. During the process, I think there was miscommunication on size, and we had the wrong tires when we got there Thursday. Got a flat tire, they fixed it within 20 min. Only $20, great customer service. Had a few older gentlemen come in and one of the guys had him sit down since he had a cane and walked around and talked with him at eye level and was super kind. One of the nicest things I have seen my a mechanic. Highly recommend
I’m not great at writing reviews, but I had to for Fred & Wayne’s. They seriously went above and beyond for me. From start to finish I felt taken care of, not rushed, not pressured — just helped. These guys are outstanding. 10/10.
