I love shipping here because its convenient, but if my coupons are downloaded on my phone every single time I go to shop days in advance AND YET Fred Meyer computer sistems NEVER register that I've got coupons on my card. I can't catch every single time the price isn't the sale price. And this is making me question if it's even worth participating in sales and buying at Fred Meyers if I'm not able to get the deals offered. :/
I got watermelon which was not good inside when i took the receipt and tell 1 of the person who works they they were so helpful she told the fruits and veggies person they gave me another 1 and cut it in front of me and wrap it so nicely i was so so happy with their service
I haven't shopped at Freddys in a while. The 2nd last time was to purchase some toiletries. The last one to exchange one of them. I was grilled about why I didn't return the item to the store I purchased it from and "You didn't open this, did you?" Customer service was sorely lacking. It may be a while again... #sad
