Place is horrible do not do business with these People, Steve and Chris are to blame.
These guys are crooks. Over priced and terrible customer service. I have never met a more vile person than Steve. Steer clear.

Took my vehicle in to the collision center on July 5th... Was told repairs would take 3-4 business days after someone looked it over...Picked my vehicle up yesterday (13 business days later).. The amount of time it took isn't even my biggest complaint- the guy I had to deal with through the collision center was rude and unprofessional. Worst experience ever. The service advisor found my situation to be comical. The techs are inexperienced. They all are rude and have no compassion. As soon as I can get out of this car I am. Toyota service center as a whole sucks. What kind of dealership don't give loaner cars? Toyota you all better wake up and incorporate programs for regular working class, single one income people or your sales will go to hell in a hand basket. Be vigilant and ensure that ALL of the transfer paperwork is filled out properly! We are still dealing with getting TOLL bills on a car we traded to Fred Haas in October! They keep telling us it is taken care of and we keep receiving the penalties and additional bills!!!! Get it together...take your business to a dealership that follows through on the details...

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! We had previously good experiences at Fred Haas and this was our 5th car to buy there. Air conditioning went out on our 14 yr old Corolla so time for a new one. Went back to Fred Haas (Cristina Cedillo, who sold us a RAV 2 years ago). Did a special order because we wanted a rare color in a Corolla LE Premium. This was February. Told it would take 8-10 weeks.
