The worse Toyota Dealer Service in Houston, they keep my truck for a week but can not find down the problem for my truck, they put every call in on answer machine and never call you back. If you want to talk to Manager, he is never here , the owner needed to do some thing !!!

My wife and I looked at available used Toyota Sienna's on the Fred Haas Toyota World website on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and saw a pre-owned 2013 Toyota Sienna L with 13,424 miles selling for $21,991. The pictures of the vehicle on the Fred Haas website show a white van with a grey leather interior, with a DVD player, and navigation system, exactly what we wanted to purchase. Would never buy from them again husband is ,80 year old and took he for a car we never wanted,after he signed the paper,he did not get to drive car till the next day and did not have time to check it out,took the car back gave them the keys and called him a silly old man and laugh@ him,still will take THE car back,and they will not return phone call even for repairs,we was screwed by this company.
We received great customer service from the sales & finance staff, couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!!!
Worst sales people and management team ever. Never do business here. We gave them 1000 cash down payment and when we backed out of the deal, because of how they treated us, they want to give us the run around and giving us or money back.
