I had the best car buying experience when I purchased my van. Bo Sierra was very helpful, courteous and took awesome care of me. The service was on point and I loved that I didn't have to be there all day. I told Bo what I was looking for and he was able to deliver. I would highly recommend Fred Haas Toyota World if you're in need of a new vehicle. When you get there ask fo Bo Sierra.

Bought a brand new car on Sunday (3rd car i buy here in 12 months), they didn't give me a remote control just regular keys, called yesterday to purchase a remote control and they keep bouncing me from services to sales to a sales manager to a service advisor.. ALL of them have been extremely rude and have trasferred me somewhere else or have hung up on me deliberately... I tried calling Joe Salazar (the guy who apparently replies here) and he won't answer his phone... I don't even want the control for free, IM WILLING TO PAY... read more
Had a great experience! Sam Riner was a great help and spent all the time we needed with us to insure that we got the car we wanted. Would definitely recommend going to see Sam and letting him help you find the right vehicle for you!
