Got my first car today, amazing service from Bo Sierra got everything done quick.
Went in with an 8:30am service appointment and waited there for 3 hours. They kept telling me 10 more mins but I got mad and walk there and was notified that they had lost my keys, notice I walked there again to the front desk if I hadnt they would have made me wait another 3 hours. First mistake and carelessness from a dealership. Its gets worse, I get home to find that my keys were covered in krazy glue looking like they were 10 yrs old, notice I got the car, 2015 highlander, brand new with the keys in excellent condition.... read more

I went to buy a used Toyota Camry. They had a good selection of low millage cars. I got what I consider a fair deal on a nice car. The sales agent Mike Faust was very cooperative and accommodating.
Sean Freymann was our salesman. He was very nice and made sure to get us a good deal on our trade ins. We got new tires put on for free. And even got a discount for being red raiders! 10/10 service.
I have bought three cars in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had! Ask for Sam Riner, super nice guy and worked really hard to find a car I loved and a deal I was ecstatic to get. Car was in great shape and I could not be happier! Thank you Sam so much for making this the first GREAT car buying experience I have had!

Well, I must say what a turnaround in my review of this dealership over the year! Me, my dad, my sister, & step mom all have Toyota vehicles purchased from here. Just over a year ago, I had a bad experience at Fred Haas but I must say, the customer service since then has been phenomenal!
