I usually buy Honda CRV, my family own 5 crv in the last 7 years but last year 2016 I bought a rav 4 for my youngest son with Mani Gomez, he is so sweet and helpful. I need a new car for my self this year and went back to him again, I bought a new 2017 rav 4,wonderful experience, if you need a new car, or just ask a question, call him .
Had a 10:30am appointment on a Saturday for an oil change and left about 11:45 am, which it's usually how long I wait when I use to go to Sterling Mcall. But I waited an extra 15 minutes within that time for the service rep to meet me at the Cashier area to review my inspection. Granted they were busy, so I waited patiently for him. However they did wash my car, which needed it badly. Sterling Mcall never did that. I left pleased.
Horrible service. My brother always takes his car to get service done because we expect good service. He took his car drove home to find a big dent on the hood. Takes it back and they tell him no one did it and it was already like that. Manager doesn't solve the problem and blames my brother for the dent saying it was from our garage door. He doesn't park his car in the garage, it's parked outside. We have sensors on our garage doors. The door will stop and open if something is in the way if it's closing. Mike Faust is a great Sales Consultant. He's very laid back and easy going which made the whole car buying experience easy. It was my first time to finance a car, Mike worked hard and ended up getting me a great deal.
"Awesome truck buying experience." Today I made my first new vehicle purchase at Fred Haas Toyota World. Bo Sierra was my salesman and was awesome. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. Everything went smooth and easy with no pressure at all. Worked out an awesome deal and drove away in a brand new Tundra . Highly suggest dealing with Bo and Peter Cardona in finance. Will be back for when my wife wants a new vehicle!
