Yesterday morning, I took my car in to be serviced. I did not have a normal appointment. I talked with Mary in the Service Department Saturday morning around 10:00 AM who first forwarded me to an agent (I believe his name was John) and I left a message. Not getting a timely response, I called back and got Mary again. This time I was able to get a "drive up" appointment for 9:10 AM Sunday. After researching several internet ads for Toyota Tundras, I decided to visit Fred Haas Toyota World to look at a few models. I was assisted by Raul Santiago and after test driving a few pickups, I traded in my 2013 4Runner Limited for a Tundra Platinum edition. I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Mr. Santiago, making this one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've experienced.
