Check in was quick and Brian was as always informative and great. However, Its the second time this has happened to me here. I always request a full detail inside and out. However, when I get my car back they have lightly cleaned the exterior. Missed some spots, didn't do the wheels and NEVER does the inside. WHY????
Drove 45 minutes just to get here because the dealer close to me couldn't get me in until next week!!! Beans got me in right away! They were upfront, honest and efficient. And while my car is still broke and not worth fixing, the customer service here was awesome! Thank you Matt for all your help!
We totaled our 09 Tiguan on Friday. I found out on wednesday at 10am it was totaled and by 7pm I was driving home a replacement Tiguan. Thanks Beans VW for the great price and great service!
