The Service Department is excellent in terms of friendliness, professionalism and personal attention. They maintain my VW Tiguan in excellent running condition so I recommend that any car owner have their new cars serviced by professionals, not a local garage which may save a few bucks but endanger your vehicle with duplicate parts or shoddy workmanship. What you pay is what you get so go with the dealer who knows what they're doing.
My salesman Nobel Unger was great. I emailed him a couple deals that I worked out. He beat everyone's best deal by thousands. All over email. I said I was coming in he had the paperwork all ready. Agreed apon price no surprises. I was in and out in a new tiguan faster then I've ever been. Everyone was great.
Dead coil pack! They got me in late in the day, replaced all the coil packs on my Beetle (and changed the oil) and I was out in about 90 minutes. Gold stars.

The people at Fred Beans VW could not be nicer or more concerned with making you happy. I bought my '16 Beetle Denim-edition convertible there a year ago and have had it serviced there regularly. Turns out that my salesman (Noble Unger) was a former student of mine at Chestnut Hill College.
