I received some of the best customer service in my life this weekend when Ellen helped me find my new(er) car. She stayed with us for hours until we decided on the vehicle, updated some of my info, purchased new car insurance, and worked out the financing. She made sure that all the details were seen to, and walked us smoothly through the process.
