Poor customer service! Fred Beans lost a sale because of poor customer service, uneducated sales representatives, and being very unorganized. We walked out frustrated that we wasted time at this place, walked in for a few simple generic questions. The sales rep could not answer a question about the features of the car without asking someone. They did not seem easy to work with or willing to work on making a sale. They told me that my 08 Wrangler didn't have automatic start will guess what it does I figured it by myself duh 🙄
Horrible email response team. I emailed about a vehicle I was interested in and 48+ hrs later have yet to get anything other then a scripted, automated response. Guess I'm the fool for expecting better service....
