These people are the most unprofessional and lack customer service. They don't return your calls and no one ever seems to know what is going on. My sales dealer Andrew Cave said they only had one key fob for my pre-certified Outback and that they would order another one for us. We had to schedule several times to get the extra key only to arrive at the dealership and they only gave us a valet key. It has been over 3 months and still no 2nd key fob.
