Best customer service! I bought a 2017 outback here last February and the support from the Fred beans Subaru team has been amazing! Greatly appreciated being able to have a follow up appointment with Seth Trammell to better understand all the technology available in the outback and the service staff (especially Mark Rio and Molly) have been awesome!!
They go above and beyond for you in service. Marc arranged for a rental for me and Steve (Super Subaru Mechanic) even went for a ride with me to listen to the noise my car was making. They are always pleasant, upbeat and willing to listen to me.
They need to hire managers who are more professional and know what consumer service is.
