So, I never updated this. They are beyond trash. I ended up in court with them thru the ENTIRE PANDEMIC (over 2 yrs of BS including a 5 hr zoom negotiationwhile i was on family vacation)! They did everything to get me out and fixed nothing during the time. I ended up cleaning up though and I will give FREE advice on how to "handle" them in court.
