Stay away. I was able to get in quickly for an appointment with Dr. Cusack at the Alaska Dermatology, Laser and Skin Cancer Center, but was unhappy with 1) the professionalism of the office (the receptionist took my medical history), 2) the thoroughness of the exam from the doctor and his assistant, and 3) the 5 min electrocautery procedure was totally ineffective and was billed as a $400 laser surgery, plus $320 for an exam.
