The most professional repair shop ever! – The check engine light in our minivan came on the other week so we brought it to Frantz Automotive to have it checked out. They diagnosed the problem as a defective catalytic converter. Then to our amazement they informed us that this problem would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and that we needed to make an appointment to see the dealer where they would fix it free of charge - which we did. Best Shop in Cary Hands Down! – A friend reccomended I try Frantz Automotive and I'm glad they did! My Acura had been to 4 shops - including the dealer - and no one could fix it. I had the fuel pump replaced twice, a new relay, some harness thing, and numerous other "fixes" but after 3-4 days the same thing - car wouldn't start. Lifesavers! – Best Mechanic in Cary hands down! We were heading out of town when the check engine light on our van came on. Not wanting to break down on our trip we stopped by Frantz Automotive to see if they could check it out for us. The stopped what they were doing, checked out our problem, took the time to explain what sensor was failing and why, and fixed the problem. All the modern tools with old-fashioned service – I have been coming to this shop for eight or ten years now, for a total of three different vehicles. Once in a while I have tried to use a place closer to work because of work schedule, but nobody else is anywhere NEAR as competent and honest. Nobody but Frantz ever told me that some expensive repairs were NOT needed. Exceptional Service!! Best Service EVER!! – I am a New Yorker and moved to the area about 2.5 years ago. I had a LandRover Discovery and I needed an exhaust manifold. Not only did it come out to be cheaper thank I expected, the service was EXCEPTIONAL! Don assisted me with my car as well and everyone there was very informative and understanding. Great Team – I had to have an engine put in and these guys were so friendly, helpful and know a car better than anyone i have dealt with. They were always there when i needed help or had questions about either their work or anything automotive in general. I can't say enough about this knowledgable team. 4 thumbs up if i had 2 more hands.

Cheaper than I thought. – Don did a great job on my jeep. I needed a 60,000 mile checkup and Frantz got me in and out in record timing. Plus, those guys over at Frantz have some serious respect for #3. That right there should be enough to get you there.
