Best Shop Around Don, Lisa, and Darryl have been repairing and servicing our family's car for years. Their staff is both professional and knowlegeable and their customer service is second to none - they treat you like family. Their newley renovated facility is really incredible. You must see the waiting room - 50's retro meets NASCAR - it's great! Clean as a whistle also. This is how auto repair should be. They have earned our trust.
FANTASTIC Mechanics! I can not say enough good things about Frantz Auto. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable people who are very customer service oriented. Everyone in my family takes their cars to Frantz. They are dependable and their prices are fair. Even though I live in Raleigh, I take my car to FRantz in Cary, even if it's just an oil change!
Weren't nice to us! When it came to a solution to the problem, the tech was pushy and a jerk, accusing us of launching the car off of a ramp to bend it's frame. We took it somewhere else for another opinion and were only charged 1/4 of what Frantz said it would be cost to be fixed and haven't had any problems since. Not recommended!
They can fix stupid too! Yesterday was the most snow we had seen in years. I should have stayed home like the nice lady on TV said, but I didn't. Coming from Boston the roads looked pretty safe to me. Well needless to say I was wrong and my utter stupidity resulted in my right front tire and the curb becoming better aquatinted. I called Frantz for help and did they ever! They sent a mechanic out who changed my tire for me in the snow! He even followed me home to make sure I made it back safely. Great Place, Great Service! Frantz Automotive is fantastic. We've taken our vehicles there on several occasions and the service has always been great and the prices very reasonable. We'll never take our cars back to the dealership again!
Terrific mechanics! This company is the best around! Honest, dependable, I can't say enough. When other companies would have ripped me off, Frantz always tells you the truth, even when they won't make any money. I love 'em and will never leave 'em.

Saved the day for me today - Friday afternoon and I can hear my brakes - metal on metal. They got me in, fixed them, and sent me on my way.
We took a difficult car mechanical problem to Frantz Automotive, and they worked hard to track it down for us. They gave us helpful advice without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Very impressed! We will go here for regular maintenance now instead of the dealership.
