My first time eating here. The food was delicious. I had the salty pepper squid. It was yummy. The noodles were yummy, fresh, and delicious.
This establishment is a MUST visit place, if you travel to Portland. I also saw this on Triple D; the absolute BEST handmade noodles & Frank was the sweetest man.
I ate at Franks 14 days ago (April 28??). Had their small dumplings AND a huge serving of noodles w/chicken. Everything is first rate and the staff makes you feel comfortable. Portland has a jewel,

Saw this on Triple D and had to try it. The smells were amazing. The noodles were so fresh. The atmosphere is cozy top notch servers were great. Frank has a great smile. Recommend it if you like good fresh food. Thank you Lorraine from Tenino WA
Absolutely fantastic!
This place should be put in anyone's "must visit" list while in Portland. The food is consistently good and the service is excellent as well. Handmade food is getting harder to find on this planet and Frank's definitely delivers small batch handmade culinary perfection.
