Husband and I did a quick overnight trip to Portland and the concierge at the hotel recommended this place. Glad he did! Great service, great food. Very flavorful and the noodles were so fresh and soft. We had the dumpling appetizer. Husband had the Kung Pao chicken with noodles and I had the chicken and noodle stir fry. Yum! Highly recommend�🖒

Really good. The noodles are out of this world. I would recommend going for lunch! Service is fast and very good. Prices VERY reasonable. I plan on going back to try more dishes and the dinner service. We all had noodles: with squid, with chicken and one with pork belly. Slurp good!

Perfect texture noodles. Just enough heat. Loved the dumpling soup. Veggies so crisp and fresh.
I have waited to come to Frank's since I first saw him with Guy Fieri. It was so totally worth the wait! Dumplings were perfect, and the noodles with chicken was the best I have ever had! Our server was very sweet, he had the best attitude! Will definitely be coming back again!
Came in for my mom's birthday and had the best lunch ever, Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves great Chinese food.
