Frank's noodle house is the best mom and pop restaurant. Everything we are was delicious. Service was excellent.
Visiting from Southern California and picked a real winner by coming to Frank's Noodle House for lunch. Excellent food - Excellent Service - we highly recommend checking them out when in or around Portland!!
