I wish I could rate Frank's Carpet zero stars because the service was unbelievably bad. The man who did my installation was completely inexperienced and unskilled. They did such a shabby installation that I wish I could post pictures of it so everyone can see how ridiculous it is. Not only is it obviously flawed but they also ruined the product. Having unskilled workers is one thing but not uncommon, what really stung was that when the owner Raudel, came to inspect the work after I complained, he made excuse after excuse. He... read more
