Walked in and sat down. No one had the courtesy to say hello or even acknowledge my presence. After about a half hour just left. I guess they never heard of customer service or being friendly.

Josie is 5 stars. She is careful and pays attention. Frank did the haircut fine, but when I asked him to lightly trim my eyebrows, he buzzed them off. There is no excuse for that. It's careless at best and nasty at worst. Pay attention to what you are doing, and if you have some weird idea in your head (like "this guy shouldn't have any eyebrows") maybe ask them first before making that kind of decision for them. 0/5 for Frank. No way on God's green earth will I ever sit in that guy's chair again.
