Top Selection at Frank's Auto Supermarket I rate Frank's Auto as very good because my husband finds automotive cleaning products there that he ordinarily can't find at chain places like Wal-Mart. Even though they are not a huge chain, the prices are very competitive. Once as a single woman, I had to purchase windshield washer blades on my own, and the staff there were very helpful to me in picking them out. They are worth a drive downtown to find them. Open very early on Sundays also.
Only been there once I have only been here once but the service was outstanding. I was a little overwhelmed being a woman who knows nothing about cars but the service was great and the employees were so quick to help me out and didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive thing since I really wouldn't have known!
AUTO SUPERMARKET As the Marketing Director of Frank's Auto, I'm sorry to see the negative comment Left by Mr. Jacobs. The matter to which he is referring was handled professionally. Frank's Auto did indeed try to contact Mr. Jacobs before any legal action was taken. This matter has since been resolved.
