my experence with franks auto i have shopped with franks for 50 years , the store i used back then was in brownsville, pa. my first purchases were mudflaps and steering wheel covers and such . my first big ticket purchase was a set of four shocks for my 54 ford. within four weeks all four were broken off and dangleing . it was then that i decided that when i needed something that had to do actual "work" i would go to another store . i have had good luck with napa parts for years . but there "the uniontown store" attidude,s a... read more
Great Store for Auto Parts and Car Products I think Franks Auto Supermarket is the best store that sells great car products. They have a great selection of car products that are especially made for your car. It is just like a grocery store and just as big except everything is for your car. The employees are very friendly and are willing to help you in anyway that they can. The store is well organized and well kept.
Parts/Employees They never have the parts I need, and the old lady that is always at the register is always so mean. She gave me a dollar too much extra for change, so I drove back to give it back to her, then she was mean to me about it like I was trying to take money from her or something, when I just wanted to give it back to her! Non-competitive prices, uncaring employees.
Top Selection at Frank's Auto Supermarket I rate Frank's Auto as very good because my husband finds automotive cleaning products there that he ordinarily can't find at chain places like Wal-Mart. Even though they are not a huge chain, the prices are very competitive.
Love this place! Great selection, excellent prices. I've ALWAYS had great experiences shopping here, and it's reassuring to see a family owned business take care of customers like they should. I can't recommend this store enough.
FRANKS AUTOSUPERMARKET WORST TRIP TO A PART STORE IN MY LIFE... Auto Supermarket should be shut down!!! Customer service stinks. I would not shop here if you were the last part store on earth. Lady at the front counter was insane mean, guys in the back at the parts counter were also hating life. Never in my life have i ever seen anything like this before. Fixed my sagging ceiling I went into franks auto to see if they had a fix for my cars drooppy ceiling the guy behind the counter knew just what i was looking for . He showed my a headliner replacement kit by a company named Heads Up . I bought it for around $30.bucks and installed it in there parking lot .It was a breeze and it worked great.I give franks auto supermarket two thumbs up!
Frank's Auto Supermarket has MEAN spirited older cashier. As stated before... the older lady working the cash register is as mean spirited as it gets. Must be the owner's mom to be this disgustingly nasty and still have a job. This happened 2 times in 3 days. Bought something, She was nasty... returned because was incorrect... She was even nastier... bordering on hateful. This "elitist" lady needs to get out of the Customer Service business... she is absolutely horrible.
