Friend of mine went into this place for a smog check and had his ipod stolen by one of the employees. Don't do business with them, they are thieves!

I have used Franklins for a number of services, sniffing the cars, checking the oddball warning light before a road trip, replacing headlight bulbs, and oil changes. Every encounter has been friendly, fast and priced fairly.
