I went in yesterday to have my headlights adjusted, turns out the bulb had been put in wrong. They didn't charge me for any service or for their time. so I scheduled another appt with them for other stuff. that is 100% customer service. Thank you Franklins
Honest, top-notch, local service.
I had to get a smog for a new (to us) truck and found this shop through Google. I got an appointment for the next day. When I got there I noticed they do oil changes too and asked if they could add that on. Both were done within an hour while I waited. The man at the front desk was super professional and knowledgeable and he already had sent the smog cert to DMV before I even asked about that. I would highly recommend this place.
I went in to get alignment and they reminded me that I just had that service not too long ago and that they would check my air in tires instead to see why car was pulling to the right. They saved me a bunch of money!
