RecommendedFranklin vet always put your animal first. I have never felt ignored with my concerns and feel that they will go above to make sure your animal is comfertable and safe. From dogs and cats to tortoises and ball pythons they will give your animal the care it needs!
We took our Golden R to them for many reasons. Her name Elly. 13+ years old and we went in as a family with her all were welcome and what I recommend is if you want to feel at ease with your pet go to a place that brings you comfort and can treat your pet. These people have it all. It was our first time there and we will be back for Elly and years to come. Thanks for taking care of all of us. We needed it. Jim

Dr Houk very kind and compassionate. Answers all my questions. Doesn't rush me. Vet techs also very caring when they work with my kitty and even snuggle with him. Highly recommend Dr. Thiebert also.
I will never go to anyone else. Dr T. Is the only one i fully trust with my animals! He has saved the life of more than one....
Our personal information was shared outside the office without our consent! Only found out when a friend of a friend contacted us to try and protect us. I gave the office time to look into my issues and and as of today they have done nothing. If you don't mine your personal information being shared with others then this office might be for you. This office does not value privacy at all! Current cost because of this issue is at $1000.00 buyer beware

Since 1992 we have been visiting Dr. Jacques Thebert. This man is amazingly knowledgeable and so kind with animals AND their "humans". My trust with Dr.Thebert is 100% with all of our pets.
Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Franklin Vet for always taking my call and answering my questions and being so AWESOME to my pets!!! You are all so kind and thorough!! THANK YOU!
