Had an excellent experience. Staff were helpful, informed, and considerate. Surgeries went smoothly. I don’t agree with having to prepay before insurance processes, but fortunately that wasn’t an issue
Five stars all the way. I had a procedure here and was so impressed by the entire experience. The staff, from Ben in the business office, to the nurses ( Tiffany, Kim and Tracy ) as well as Cassie in anesthesia were kind, attentive and professional. Highly recommend. Dr. Caudill spent a great deal of time explaining things and put me at ease.
Looking at the reviews I was so nervous to have my procedure but it went great. All of the nurses were super kind and caring, my doctor had a surgery that lasted quite a bit longer pushing mine back but the nurses came in and talked to me and my mom the whole time and checked on us and it was a really good experience, now as far as billing I have no idea my insurance covered it in full but my overall experience was very nice.
I had surgery on July, 17 the staff members was super nice and kind especially Sarah Mae and PACU Morgan super nice and very kind people they try their best to help me and other patients
My wife recently had knee replacement surgery here and the service and staff were simply amazing! This was her second knee replacement, but our first experience with Franklin Surgery Center and we will definitely use them for any procedures that can be performed there! Hands down one of the best experiences we have had in any medical facility!
