My husband had surgery here and the people in recovery were rude and trying to rush everyone out like they were herding cows and if that’s not bad enough they sent his bill to collections even though he had a payment plan stating failure to make payments. The same payments they auto deducted every month.

I had a procedure done at FSC and had a wonderful experience. All the nurses are so professional yet friendly here. I appreciated their kind bedside manner to make sure my procedure went well and to make me comfortable and alleviate my anxieties. Dr. Caudill and the nurses provided great care and service and ensured that I had the best possible treatment. I highly recommend Franklin Surgical Center!

Just terrible experience through and through. I've tried to fix the same insurance issue multiple times. If they can't get the simple stuff right how would they handle a surgical procesure?

I was apprehensive at first. Communication was not as smooth or timely, in advance of my procedure. Though they always returned my calls. The office was also a bit difficult for me to find (Signage could be better). Partially because my driver let me off at the building back door. Once in, the office was small making it seem crowded. Franklin Surgery Center nearly killed me. While being intubated, a tooth and crown were broken completely off at the gum line. I can't imagine the force it must have taken to break like that, but when I woke up from surgery I immediately noticed it. They acted surprised, told me to look for it in the bed, and then quickly sent me home. I assumed I had swallowed it, but 24 hours later, I fortunately coughed it up from deep down in my trachea (it felt like it was in the middle of my lungs.
