Franklin surgery center was fantastic with my daughter from start to finish! Every single staff member was committed to giving her the best care I feel she could’ve gotten. Everybody was thorough and professional from the lady at the check in counter to the nurses. The administrative, medical, and nursing care was superb. Particularly the nursing care was excellent.
I had my first Colonoscopy yesterday and all of the folks from the front to the back were amazing. Thank you to Dr. Caudil, Charlotte, Sarah, Stacey, Chris, Cassie and Cheyenne! You all made it a great experience
Good people. Things went smoothly. They did the correct procedure, I believe.
I had surgery on February 24, 2025 by Dr. McGhee. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but the staff was amazing. They explained everything to me in detail and provided me with paper instructions. After the surgery I was handled with concern and care. The environment was extremely clean and comfortable. My recovery is going well and I am so glad I chose to have TOA perform my surgery.
