I had surgery on July, 17 the staff members was super nice and kind especially Sarah Mae and PACU Morgan super nice and very kind people they try their best to help me and other patients
My wife recently had knee replacement surgery here and the service and staff were simply amazing! This was her second knee replacement, but our first experience with Franklin Surgery Center and we will definitely use them for any procedures that can be performed there! Hands down one of the best experiences we have had in any medical facility!
Was very quick on getting me in for my surgery. Nurses were excellent, very helpful and nice. They took care of every need.
I had my first colonoscopy at Franklin Surgery Center. It was the most humiliating experience of my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone. After the awful prep was over my insides (and outsides) were raw and inflamed. I originally wrote a positive review of Franklin Surgery Center after my daughter had surgery there. Unfortunately, my son’s experience was not the same. I was told over the phone that what I would owe the surgery center on his day of surgery was a certain number. On his day of surgery, I was given a different price (almost $400 more)!
