Great customer service ... right up until they get a check. Owner is a smooth salesman but has yet to send anyone out when he says he will to fix minor discrepancies in the stonework. Great quality stones for sure, just no follow through on customer service.
They just left. OMG. I love my back yard!!! So glad we hired them. The workers are so talented and skilled. John was very helpful in picking the perfect stones, Clint was great at letting us know what was happening each day- but the actual stone workers were really magicians!!!!
And now Franklin Stone installs pools!
