Awesome, awesome, awesome! – I have now gone to "Dr. B" for several procedures, and he is amazing! Along with being highly professional and knowledgeable, he really listens to my needs/concerns and never rushes me. Unlike other doctors, I don't feel like he overbooks his days, so he really gives me the adequate time I desire. Franklin Skin & Laser – OMG! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the photorejuvenation process. I'm 41 years old and had some serious age spots, one particular HUGE one on my forehead. Caring and Knowledgeable Skin Care – Here you will not only find the usual amenities in a skin care salon but also a staff that is pleasant, not abrupt, knowledgeable, without pressure to buy services or products, and a attitude that builds confidence. Dr. Bengelsdorf and the staff seem to focus on "accentuating the positive and eliminating the negative." I leave feeling good about myself and what I am achieving with my skin care regimen and the cost of it.

Bye, Bye Ugly Spider Veins – Sarah, you're a sweetheart. Every time I walked in for a treatment, you made me feel like I was the only patient the office had. Dr. Bengelsdorf and Carmen: a big thank you. After 5 treatments, the two (rather large) patches of spider veins are virtually gone. After 16 years I can wear shorts again without being embarrassed.

Awesome Laser Hair Removal Results! – I originally started laser hair removal at a different place out of town and did not see great results. After about 3 treatments at Franklin Skin and Laser I noticed that I didn't have to shave as often and my hair was no longer prickly. I keep seeing better results each time and I can't wait until my package is done! Carmen is so sweet and really takes her time. She made me feel so comfortable. Everyone in the office is really attentive and the prices are very affordable.

Impeccable Service and Professionalism – I have had a laser hair removal package, IPL treatments, facials, dermabrasion...with different practitioners there (and elsewhere). Sara that manages the office is very accommodating. Dr. Bengelsdorf is knowledgeable and attentive. Carmen is very gentle and caring. great place for hair removal – I just finished treatment for hair removal and I had a great experience. Results were great, and treatment was easy. They were always on time for my treatments and the staff were very friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Franklin Skin and Laser, and have recommended it to friends and family members.
