I have been a patient of Dr. Franklin at CPC South for 15 years. He has been the most thoughtful, intelligent, proactive, and caring provider I've ever had. Dr. Franklin listens to your concerns carefully and gets straight to work on resolving your issues. His bedside manner is unmatched and he provides outstanding patient education regarding medications and procedures so that the patient leaves the appointment with a good understanding of their health issues and goals of care. My father has had several appointments with Dr. Franklin recently. He is currently in the hospital for pneumonia, which was never diagnosed by dr. Franklin. Also had problems with meds being issued, such as prednisone, with no mitigation for severe reaction. I have called his office to and requested to speak to Dr. Franklin, he ignores request.

It's hard to review Franklin because his staff and office management are too incompetent to expedite appointments. Instead they look for red tape technicality excuses to prevent prescriptions and appointments from being set up or finalized, needlessly jeopardizing the health of the patient. The staff care zero about your health and only about pencil pushing. Worst office experience ever. Avoid. The disinterested attitudes of the staff reflect poorly on the doctor.

Staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly, with a appointment still waiting over 1 hour! Staff don't know what they doing.

I have been going to Dr. Franklin for over 10 years but my last appointment with him was just that, my last. I've spent the last two weeks trying relentlessly to have a prescription filled and have failed because his staff refuses to take the time to speak with my insurance company and answer a few simple questions. This is not the first time I've had this problem either. The staff is utterly incompetent! I've already found my brother a new doctor (I'm his caregiver). Now it's my turn!
