I am always impressed with how Dr. Franklin explains why he wants me taking certain medications. He is very informative and is concerned about my health. When he does express his opinion, I feel like he’s really trying to help me be the best version of myself.
As always he greets you will a smile and says your name. Always has your records and updates them during the appointment. Addresses any issues you may have or going through. Make the best decision to address your concerns. Plus always checks to see if you need any refills for any of your medications.
He’s very precise and affable. I’ve been going here for years and have been very happy.
The visit was for a routine annual appointment. The nurses were very thorough and attentive and I like that they now have a card that you can scan and access your account and health records.
He’s the best, can talks to him about anything. Very attentive to my needs about regarding my health. I love him as my physician.
