The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr Franklin has been my primary doctor since moving to Georgia 11 years ago and I wouldn’t trade him for any other.

I had to reschedule due to doctor's schedule was running behind because of his busy schedule. I left without being seen today. The office offered to reschedule this week.
Dr. Franklin makes me feell comfortable to discuss medical concerns. He is never judgemental, and shares new medical find geared towards my concern.
Dr Franklin always listens to what you're concerns are and gives you good choices he has been my doctor for 20 years .
What I like to Dr. Franklin is he take his time to listen about my concerns and he explained well the benefits of my meds . Also he’s my family primary care physician since 2008.
What stands out to me is his caring spirit and genuine concern.I would recommend. I would recommend doctor franklin to all my friends and family.

Dr. Franklin always listens to my complaints with sincerity, he’s an active listener, and attentive when I discuss my health care needs. He also educates me on every visit which shows me that he cares which keeps me motivated ,engaged and compliant with my own healthcare. I’m very satisfied with the quality care he provides.
