Reserved the upstairs for a class reunion. Was told that we could get our $100 deposit fee if we needed a smaller room since we didn’t have a head count yet. We decided the smaller room would be best closer to the time. Lady Mentioned we were getting our deposit back since we called before the cancellation date. I just wanted to thank the management and the staff at The Franklin House. I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my fiance there for a party of just over 20 people. The management helped me plan a menu and set the room up perfectly. The staff helped me set up a great surprise and orchestrated it perfectly. The surprise couldn't have gone smoother and the food was "to die for". I would give 2 thumbs up over and over again. 👍👍 Thanks so much!!!
