This review should serve as a warning to anyone currently or thinking about using Franklin House Cleaning. We hired the company to clean our newly purchased home before we moved in. Things went poorly from the start. We have a 3200 sq foot house and paid for a deep cleaning. They only sent one person although we were told it was a two person job. The cleaner only had basic cleaning supplies, no "real" mop, only a heavy duty swifter type mop. When we came back to the house the next day the house was not clean at all. Only a c... read more
Franklin House Cleaning does an excellent job every week cleaning our home. I have recommended them to many of my friends and I will continue recommending them. They even came to my home to see how I wanted it cleaned and created a customized cleaning plan just for me!
