Great service and good prices. The staff rally knows their their stuff and are always happy to answer questions. I've sold a few antique guns to them in the past and I got as good a deal as if at a gun show. There are a few other good stores but I think Franklin Gun Shop is the best I've been to.

Go here to hold different guns to see what you like. Then go elsewhere to purchase--you can save a considerable amount of money. Several of my friends do this. They have a decent supply of different guns, but pricing kills it. Trust me.

I have purchased multiple firearms through the Franklin Gun Shop. Rifles and handguns. And their customer service has always been top notch. The best I have found at any business, not even just firearm related. They have always done me solid. So when I went over this past weekend and purchased a new pistol, imagine my shock when there was a problem. I purchased a Springfield XDs that is a smaller pistol meant for more of a concealed carry. And while I was purchasing it for that reason, I still needed the extended magazine be... read more

Way over priced. I wanted to get some ammo for a 1938 Mannlicher which is a 8 x 56R. It's a pretty uncommon round but I was in the area so I figured I'd give them a shot. The stuff goes for around $20.00 a box of 20 online add shipping and it's around $25.00. So the first guy I talked to had no idea hat was even a calibre. I then got another salesman who found one box for the low low price of $62.00. What a rip off. I didn't buy it and will never go back

Be VERY careful when dealing with this store. If possible I would check alternative area gun shops. The reasons besides over MSRP marked prices is the owner's unprofessionalism and anger if a valid questionable issue is politely brought up by the customer. Even if it is a longterm customer of many years and many top dollar purchases. BE VERY AWARE and take someone with a strongly based knowledge of firearms if you are not experienced.

Had a awful experience. They are rude and not interested in helping customers. We were ready to purchase...but walked out after salespersons disinterest in us and rude behavior. Will never step foot in their store! Waste of a nice place for a good business!

I called about them helping me get a gun. They just needed to contact the company to get set up with them. Said they did not want to bother with it. I will remember that next time as well. Will not shop there again.
