I used to avoid this place like the plague. But the last 3 times I have been in there they have been extremely helpful on anything I ask, they were really fast to help me, and professional. Their customer service has been amazing and their gun smiths are awesome. I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Great little Shop down in Georgia. A bit over cautious on the state to state transfers but they got it done and at a fair price. When im in Georgia I always stop in.

My boyfriend and I go to Franklins at least twice a month just to look and see what all they have. Sometimes we are looking for something in particular, and most of the time they have the item in stock, and if not, they are always friendly and helpful in helping us find somewhere else that sells what we need. All of the employees there have good knowledge about the guns and other merchandise. All in all, Franklins is definitely somewhere we feel comfortable going knowing that we will get the best customer service and product... read more

Love Franklins! I have purchased and traded many guns from this location. Can't beat the customer service and prices. I live in Johns Creek and gladly drive the 50 miles to Bogart to do business with Mark Franklin and his family.

They sell junk and their service is the worst. I would rather shave my balls with a rusty soup can lid than give them one more dime of my money for the junk they sell. Clydes is a few steps away and they sell great guns. Don't make the same mistake I did

After reading negative reviews here, I had low expectations for service and inventory. Several area shops didn't have what I was looking for. Franklins had several to choose from in several price ranges. I also went to the back counter to inquire about a particular product I wanted. I think Kyle waited on me. He was courteous, informed, and exceptionally helpful. Everyone in the store was attentive, polite and professional. I would shop there in a heartbeat, and encourage others to do so too.
