Great customer service. Everyone seems to like working there.
I have shopped at Franklins for the past 5 years and I have purchased 3 guns from them. They have very good sales, but they are fairly rude and have poor service. I open carry and I don't like the fact that they are a gun store but if you go in you must take out your magazine and open the breach. I go into any other gun store, Academy, Walmart, or Sam's, etc and no one says a word. I keep my gun holstered and I am very polite. Good evening Art- As listed on the sign on our door, we absolutely encourage open and legal carry. All we ask is that customers do not unholster, unless the need arises. We do not have any issue with open carry.
One of the finest gun shop I’ve been in. Wonderful people, great selection, and great atmosphere.
Best selection of MAGPUP clips, ARs, those 1.5 inch shells, idk some archery and fishing stuff is in there too but it's really all about the HI-Point guns they have available that weigh as much as a brick.
Cost Day was great. Found 2 things I have been hunting for a while and I got them for a Cost Day deal. Everyone was great to deal with. I was looking for an SBR also but didn’t have the heart to ask a lot of questions on Cost Day !!! I will be back for sure !!! Very good overall experience.
Sitting outside franklins currently at 12:14 on a sunday along with 12 other people and the store hours state opens at noon... Well the locked doors state otherwise.... If they have holiday hours they need to be posted somewhere... Quiet a few upset customers. Dont know if my husband and I will be back or not.
