I have been a patient of Dr. McConnell’s for 15+ years. With skin cancer in my family, Dr. McConnell performs skin exams annually to be certain that we stay in front of abnormal spots. Dr. McConnell and her staff are friendly and very detail oriented. I highly recommend Franklin Dermatology!!
We will always be patients of Dr. McConnell. She saved my mother's life! My mother had a very rare skin cancer that other doctors had dismissed and said wasn't worrisome. Dr. McConnell noticed it when she was in for a new patient skin exam and insisted on a biopsy. Because she is so thorough, my mother is with us today. If you are looking for a doctor that puts her patients first and cares for them like they are family, Franklin Dermatology is the place for you.
I would absolutely recommend Franklin Dermatology Group! I adore Dr. Parker. She is so professional and has the sweetest bed side manner. Dr. Parker not only does my yearly check up and is always educating me on the best ways to take care of my skin. Franklin Dermatology Group is a wonderful dermatology practice. Dr. McConnell and her staff are thorough and very experienced. Each time I visit the office, the staff is extremely friendly, and Dr. McConnell takes her time to explain every detail of my care with me.
