I waited for my kids 2 on a half hours, and while waiting 5 other families were seen and dismissed. They have the most poor excuses. This is my second try with Kool Smiles, and i see no change. This is just a greedy and unfair place. They do not respect your time at all. I sat so long waiting the finished staff left before me. I actually watched the office close. So plan to spend lots of time there, cause they truly don't care.😡
After how awful it was at another location I was encouraged to try this location not only were they courteous and informative but they were willing to take that extra step for customer/patients to get services completed accurately!!! This location made up for the bad experience from previous location!!!
My son had an appt and the assistant that took care of him was Edith. My son was very nervous but she was able to calm him down taking her time to explain the procedure he was going to get step by step. Overall great experience.
I took my niece for her appt and the service was great. Very clean and friendly environment. The DA Edith took care of us and she was very friendly. Overall it was a great experience. We highly recommend this place. Definitely going back!!
I took my nephew yesterday, Feb 19, 2018 to Kool Smiles and was totally satisfied. The hygienist was professional and informative. She answered all of my concerns and came out several times to give me an update which was very helpful. My nephew has had a history of dental problems and I must admit Kool Smiles have been exceptional. They attended us fast, they are great with clients. I would recommend family member to come to this office the nurse that helped me was Gabriela
Every single time we wait well over an hour, we are always more than on time for appointments.......
