My Children and I had just moved into the Lithonia area when I took my Son to Kool Smiles in Decatur. 1st thing I noticed when we walked in was it wasn't clean. There was food crumbs and trash all over the floor. Now I understand the parents should at least pick up what they can but the crumbs and trash? The play area was not even available for the smaller kids. As far as the employess there,the ones that we came in direct contact with seemed very polite,caring and over all done a great job with my Son. It's the waiting area... read more

I have been seeing the ortho team for more than 2 years now and I can honestly say they are the best team for the job! They treat patients like family, they always greet me with a smile, and they never forget my name. Dr. Stewart, Erika, Maria, Troy, Angela, Shenita, & Shaundrell. They are all kind and they always smiling. They always make sure I'm comfortable, and they keep me updated on what's going on inside my mouth, and what needs to be done for my next visit. I had a great experience with this amazing Kool Smiles. Staff was great! However I do have a concern. All children love to play in the play room. They have so much fun that after playtime their so thirsty. This particular clinic had a out of order water fountain. I strongly suggest for the clinic to get some cheap 4 oz water bottle for our thirsty children. Some family use faucet water. So please be free in giving something to drink. My experience @ Kool Smilez on Cander Road in Decatur GA was horrible!! The supervisor "Toy" who wouldn't give me her real name stated that I couldn't go to with back with my 6 yr old daughter who was getting surgery bc i had two disable children with me at my time of visit. Stating "I need to go find a babysitter for all my kids." She's was very unprofessional and out of line. She needs to be repremanded. She has no kind of sympathe with me being a single parent. And not to mention we've coming to that location for 3 years.... read more
My children and I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. The staff did an excellent job with making my children feel comfortable. We were seen on time and the office is very child friendly. I love how the staff took out time to explain everything in detail about their visit and future visits.
Dr. Stewart and Brittany are hands down two of the best sets of customer service I have gotten in a long time. My daughter got a braces consultation and it was so pleasurable that we didn't even want to leave. The staff is kind and friendly and Brittany always remembers my daughter and is always going completely out of her way to make is comfortable. Kool smiles these two have helped take your customer service rating to a new level. I am thankful that now my daughter will look forward to coming to the dentist.
Very professional all my appointments ran on time and fast , excellent informative staff. My eight-year-old had to have a teeth pulled they made her feel very comfortable and at ease
