My child’s appointment was at 2:45pm and was not called to the back until an hour later. This was only after I asked how long does one have to sit after their appointment time to be seen. I had already been sitting 40min plus when I complained and she explained my child was next on the schedule. My question is what’s the point of having an appointment time when clearly it is not being honored. I know for a fact people that signed in after me were called to the back before my child. My Children and I had just moved into the Lithonia area when I took my Son to Kool Smiles in Decatur. 1st thing I noticed when we walked in was it wasn't clean. There was food crumbs and trash all over the floor. Now I understand the parents should at least pick up what they can but the crumbs and trash? The play area was not even available for the smaller kids. My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Martin & Adrianna! Both of my children come here and it is always reassuring that this staff does their very best to ensure that my children are comfortable. From beginning to end they are always providing insight along the process of any procedure. They alleviate fears of children and build confidence within the parents. Rest assured we will not be going anywhere else.
would recommend,was a fast procedure with no pain at all. doctor was very patient. nurse that helped was gabriella.
