MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE WAS A GREAT ONE. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MY SON WASN'T SCARED NOR DID HE CRY. I WAS IN AND OUT IN OF THERE IN NO TIME. MY FAMILY WILL BE BACK SOON. THANKS KOOL SMILES FOR A GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE.

When arriving to Kool smiles we were greeted by all staff. While my son was in the chair everything was explained to me thoroughly and to him as well. They also made him feel very comfortable with every situation. Thanks Kool smile

I came for an extraction, but due to a slight rise in my BP, which i explain to the dental assistant is not my blood pressure but i have heart palpitations due to axiety disorder. My endorphins kicked in causing the high BP number. The assistant took it twice, the first one read 138/80 which wasn't bad at all. She waited 7 or 8 minutes and returned to the room to take it again it read 144/ 81. How can it go up the fast in such short time? They did not remove the tooth. I always like the fact that before my kids are seen by the dentist they explain the procedure and ask if I have questions. They always put my kids at ease.
