Absolutely terrible customer service and company! Very RUDE! They would play background music while you were still on the phone talking!!! I was overcharged by AT&T without even getting the bill and the bill eventually was transferred into collection. The representative was greedy enough to push you to pay for the settlement telling you that you can dispute the bill at the same time. However, after the settlement was being made, they did NOTHING for you. They wouldn't listen! All they do is just to take money from you.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! Called me to claim I owe over $300 on a medical procedure for another person. When I told her that I was not that person nor was I ever known by this name, she said I had to contact the website to dispute. No please, no thank you, and no concern for falsified information.
I recieved a call on 9/20/2018 for a collection call for ****and I was made aware that my account has been placed in collections and the lady asked me when will I be able to make a payment and I told her that I will make a payment on November the 3rd and she said she wants it paid right now or she will put it on my credit report and then she started yelling at me and I made her aware that she was not being nice and thats not professional how she is treating me and then she asked me when do I get paid and what is my source of... read more
This company is a total scam. They claimed a fake balance, on an ancient account, and even went as far as to put a collection on my credit report. Well, fortunately I was able to launch an investigation by **********, and I got the entirely **collection deleted from my credit report. They also call every single day. GFYS, FCS.
When calling the company to try and add my ex-husband to the account to settle the bill, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me as soon as that business was finished, I didn't even get to ask any further questions. Not to mention, as soon as she picked up, I was put on hold and she sounded incredibly bored and not helpful at all. I understand this is a collection agency, but a little customer service goes a long way.
I have a closed account with erroneous charges that I am working out with the vendor. Franklin Collections has reported this ONE ITEM to the credit bureaus SEVEN TIMES over the past FOUR WEEKS. They are purposely using their access to the credit bureaus to harass.
I understand that negative reviews will be typical for a credit agency, however, that being said this company must the WORST collection agency. A collection agency should be attempting to collect the debt - this company puts in no effort to actually collect and instead forces people to track them down instead. I received a completely bogus collection letter from this company with absolutely no proof of any kind that I owe this money nor to whom I owe it to. This appears to me to be some kind of scam.
The worse customer service ever! They called me a bad mom because I hadn’t paid my ER bill off. The lowest of lows. Possibly the worse human beings I’ve ever come across
