Money wa taken out of my checking account for a person that I dont even know. when I questions them they will not talk to me. the amount was $400.91 I contacted the state attorney office and they have sent 2 letters to them that they do not answer them. Please tell me how this business gets an A+ rating when they are stealing my money.

Franklin Collection hits my credit report literally every 2-3 days. I spoke with an agent, I asked for the documentation to be sent to me. She snidely told me it had already been sent to me, and gave me an address I haven’t lived at in over a year. I gave her a new address and it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing has come. I get it’s collections but are customer service skills optional?

I placed an order for the Juno sofa, chair, ans ottoman in December 2020 through a furniture store in Traverse City, MI. I was given an estimated time for delivery of June or July 2021. It is now November 2021 and I still have not received my furniture. I was told the delay was due to the cushions for the furniture and am consistently told by the furniture store that there is not an update for ETA. Our company is doing everything we can to try and catch up on our back log but still feeling the effects of Covid . We are still dealing with absenteeism, job vacancies along with raw material shortages. We are very sorry for the delay and will continue to do everything we can to schedule your order but do understand if you choose not to wait.

I called on 2 different occasions and was informed I was going to received Receipts for my off amount I paid and never got anything In the mail. I know mail delivery is currently delayed but are they sending it from Mars or Tupelo, Ms ? Unbelievable please just give me my receipt.

--1) This Company will continue reporting derogatory account status, even after account is paid in full. I also had three hits on my credit report from them...seven days apart from each other. Pretty sure at least the first part is illegal. --2) Also they don't respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner, and I can't even get them to confirm that I paid them or not. --3) Also, payments made to them show in bank statements as "Efficiency Billi", rather than anything related to them. From the looks of it this company works with at&t and when they told me i couldn't have internet with them be cause of the area i lived in so i sent them back there box with everything n now they have been saying i owe them 100$ for a few years for what? Not being able to have internet i dont think so. Now its in my collection oh great i was going to give two stars but after remembering what happened i hope it doesn't happen to other people that live in certain areas like me.

Contacted this business to resolve outstanding debt. Business refused to provide record of balances owed unless I mailed in a written request for the statements. Woman I was speaking to hung up abruptly during the conversation. Upon re-contacting the business, another representative answered and refused to help stating that I had to speak to the previous representative who had apparently "just went on break". This company first of all does not have personnel over the phone that treats people in a nice way like a business should do, but they only want to collect money without finding out what the situation really is.
