I received a phone call from a very rude employee. She was aggressive and unprofessional. I can not believe that they would call me so late at night. When I addressed how she was talking to me she became more belligerent and unbearable. I told her that I will not respond to someone who thinks talking like that to people is okay. She told me were going to proceed with all this mumbo jumbo...There is a special place in ****for people like her.

I received a phone call from a very rude employee. She was agressive, Unprofessional and angry. I was told that my wife had done something fraudulent and that my name was attached. When l pressed the issue asking more questions she became more belligerent. I asked why was she so Aggressive when l am asking questions and she said you know what, I WILL SIGN OFF ON THIS GARNISHMENT and hung up on me. To say l am outraged is an understatement. People like her have no place being employed.

I was able to settle this account but was told that it would be deleted off my credit report. They keep posting incorrect information on my credit report. Please be careful if you want to settle with them. All they do is report mis information.

Reports inaccurate information and fraudulent information on my credit report, I never had an account with AT&T, I called Franklin and the rep was asking me info, so I told her I dont know how they got my information from At&T cuz I never did business with them and she keep asking me so how did that name come up, she is the one that suppose to know, they are the ones reporting the information, how did they get my social security number, when I never had business with At&T so this is fraud using my social, now they refuse to ... read more

Once I finally found out about a collection on my credit, I called and immediately paid it off. That was 7 years ago and it has still not been removed from my record.

People, it is so sad to read about the negative experiences you have had with this business. They call me daily, and sometimes twice a day. I have them blocked and don't even hear a ring, but it is annoying to just see where they have called when checking the caller ID. I'm getting pretty much upset with them. My next move(as you guys should do), I'm getting in touch with my State's Department of Law, Consumer Protection Division. Highly unprofessional and unwilling to work with you, when you have called and tried to work things. They say that they will get in contact with the person and lie to you. They are unwilling to listen to what is going on, even when the debt is gone. They do not check up on what was actually done to the account. They lie about what is going on and do not give you all of the information.

When I called the customer number to find out how I could get a receipt of payments that I have been making for an outstanding, the agent advised I could see the payments posting to my account. I don't understand why a receipt can't be given even when there is still a balance on the account. I feel that I could be getting scammed out of money by trying to do the right thing and pay my debt. A receipt should be emailed each time I make a payment online to show that the payment has been made to correct place. The agent was rud... read more

Worst customer service I've ever talked to. Her name was ***** and she was EXTREMELY rude. How does the BBB give them an A- when you have this many complaints? The whole company is a joke. The company was built on lies and they teach their employees to lie. ***** might be the biggest *****I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to.
