The office is very nice! The staff is very friendly! We showed up for our appointment, only to find out I remembered the date wrong, they still squeezed my kiddos in so we wouldn't have to come back the next day! Highly recommend Franklin Children's Dentistry if you're looking for a Dentist for you kid(s)!!
Everyone was so kind and professional. Our toddler was having a hard time, and everyone was so gentle and kind to her. Dr. Robyn was kind, efficient, and finished everything she needed to do quickly. Our daughter loved the little lite brite set up in the lobby, and it helped her reset easily after her appointment was over. She also loved the little bag she got with a toothbrush, stickers, and some other little items. She was showing them to us excitedly in the car later. Great first time experience, our child is very apprehensive at the dental office and they do a great job of making her feel comfortable. The overall aesthetic of the office is great, clean & calming. 5 out of 5.
