They are very unprofessional. They advertise one truck and send pictures of another truck instead and try to get you to buy it and its a piece of junk. I asked for pictures of one advertised and they said it was in their service department. So they never sent pictures. I even emailed manager he never responded.
Vehicles presented appeared to be of interest but could not determine an good price range without visiting the dealership. Purchased a vehicle before going to the dealership.
Pushed hard to make appointment; couldn't seem to grasp that I was hours away and would be traveling through on business. Arrived at the lot at about 8:30, no one came out to speak with me. I received an email (form) from the "sales manager" offering to help me personally. I called him back and left a message on his voicemail and never heard back...
